Grup i medikamenteve, të cilat përdoren për mjekimin e hipertensionit arterial duke bllokuar veprimin e angiotenzinës II, e cila vepron si vazokonstriktor. Në dallim nga ACE inhibitorët këta nuk shkaktojnë kollë. Grupit të këtyre i takojnë: losartan, valsartan, candeartan, irbesartan etj.
