Tumor malinj i mëlçisë. Përbën 80-90% të të gjitha kancereve të mëlçisë. Ndër faktorët predispozues janë: sëmundjet kronike të mëlçisë, hepatiti viral, hemokromatoza, toksina hepatokarcinogjene. Manifestohet me dhimbje abdominale ose ndjeshmëri abdominale në kuadratin e sipërm të djathtë.
