Lëng i kthjellët, që qarkullon në enët limfatike. Burimin e ka nga plazma e gjakut. Sasia e limfës në trup është 1/4 apo 1/3 e trupit. Ajo bart me vete qeliza, të cilat ndihmojnë trupin kundër infeksioneve dhe sëmundjeve.
